Run Claude Code like an operation.

This is the real app.

Eight live panes across four projects. The loop below is 18 seconds of actual work, captured, not staged.

Four workspaces, eight panes, one afternoon. Watch it run · full walkthrough coming

Three moves.

Everything Merlin does is one of these.

Eight workspaces, real terminals.

Each project gets its own panes running real interactive claude sessions. Fleet view holds all of them at once, so you land only where you are needed.

Two agents you can talk to.

Charlie runs engineering. Alex plans. Push to talk or type; they answer, they remember the operation, and they do not need babysitting.

Every card is a markdown file.

Drag one to queued and Charlie opens a worker terminal, hands it the brief, and supervises the job to done.

The whole deck.

Everything Merlin ships with. No tiers, no add-ons, no upsells inside.

FLEET VIEW
Every pane across every project on one screen. Watch eight jobs run, land only where you are needed.
VOICE AGENTS
Hold a key and talk. Charlie runs engineering, Alex plans, both answer out loud and remember the operation. Type when you would rather not speak.
DISPATCH BOARD
Every card is a markdown file on your disk. Drag one to queued and a worker terminal takes it, supervised to done while you do something else.
REAL TERMINALS
Actual PTYs running your shell, your tools, your claude login. Nothing emulated, nothing proxied, nothing between you and the session.
BROWSER PANE
Dev servers and previews inside the deck, next to the panes that built them. Ask an agent to open one and it appears.
TRANSCRIPTS
Every conversation kept on your disk and replayed on relaunch. Roll a long session and the context hands over to a fresh one.
ONE-CLICK UPDATES
The app checks quietly, tells you exactly what changed, and updates from a single click. You saw the changelog before you clicked.
CLAWTEX MEMORY
Optional persistent memory for your agents, one click in setup. They remember your projects between sessions. Its own product, never required.

Flying in two minutes.

No new account, no API keys, no configuration files.

Does it need my Claude subscription?
Yes. Merlin drives the plan you already pay for, Pro or Max. That is the whole idea.
Are these real terminals?
Yes. Real interactive claude sessions in real panes on your machine. Nothing is proxied.
What about API costs?
There are none. No keys, no metering, no surprise bills.
Does my code leave my machine?
No. Merlin is a native app running local terminals. Your code, prompts, and transcripts stay on your Mac. The app itself only talks to our update server and, at activation, to Lemon Squeezy to register your license.
How do updates work?
The app checks quietly at launch. When there is one, you see what changed and one click installs it. Every update is included in the license.
Is Clawtex required?
No. It is one optional click in setup, for persistent agent memory, and it remains its own product.
Refunds?
14 days, no questions.
